आमोदः is our activity dedicated to kids. Age group selected for it; is 6 years to 12 years. In this 2 day workshop kids learn Sanskrit vocabulary and basic sentence formation without books, notebooks, screen- time but only through various games. Idea behind this is to learn Sanskrit in a fun way!

We have flexible models like
Weekend workshop, 3 hours a day and 2 hours a day. We can arrange our workshop according to the convenience of the organizers as we want to increase the reach of Sanskrit.

We have designed this workshop in such a way, that after completing this workshop children can identify the sanskrit names of things around them. Moreover children also identify time in sanskrit, can identify the body parts in Sanskrit and learn many songs and stories and stotras.

As it is a two-days workshop we have also designed some quick activities that children can do at home and submit on the other day. This will ensure their engagement in learning process.
Along with this, on the last day we often tell children to perform something before other students, and their parents. This gives them the opportunity to present what they learned and builds their confidence too.

Sanskrit For You is a team of master’s level students, MPhil students, and PhD scholars. Hence we ensure that whatever the children will learn, is a deeply researched content and it is taught by experts themselves.

Participants of this activity get participation certificates after the completion of the workshop. Along with certificates we try to give away some interesting content which will remind them about the fun and learn that they enjoyed in these two days and inspire them further to learn more about Sanskrit.

Our minimum requirements:
• A hall / a clean covered space with lights and fans
• Min 10 – Max 30 participants
